- If the phone cannot boot because of depleted battery , we recommend that you use the original standard charger for 15-30 minutes, and try booting after the phone LED lights light up;
- We recommend that you temporarily replace with other chargers and data cables;
- Check with another battery to try to see if you can properly charge;
- If you cannot resolve using above methods, it is recommended that you bring the phone to the nearest Xiaomi authorized repair point for testing.
